Charity Algorithm
The charity initiative involves repairing and refurbishing old computer equipment so that children can use it for online education. Through our team’s collaboration, we restore used computers to full functionality.

About the initiative
We support education by providing children from orphanages with used computers. If anyone has an unused, spare computer, even a broken one, we repair it, buy any missing parts and generally improve it. Then we chose an orphanage or contact a social welfare centre to find the set a new home.
We all strongly believe that everyone should be given access to technology. This is of especial importance during the COVID-19 epidemic. It is vital to provide young people with computers for their online education. By giving new life to used equipment we are also reducing e-waste.
How it works?
1. We clean and disinfect the casings.
2. We remove dust from the fan systems.
3. We make sure the equipment is functional.
4. We zero out and format hard drives to permanently delete all existing data.
5. We repair damaged elements and improve existing ones.
6. We package the computers and send them to children.
Donate computers
There’s a lot of good equipment lying around, unused in offices and garages; computers, notebooks, netbooks and laptops all buried and forgotten about in wardrobes or basements. The idea behind the initiative is to help children by giving computers a second life. It’s better for children and easier for the planet.
We’re inviting you to be part of this initiative and donate any of the above computer equipment you own. If it’s not older than 10 years, it’ll do perfectly.
If you have a spare laptop lying around, please do contact us. We will do our utmost to repair it and find a new home for it as soon as possible. Let’s join together and help the young get an education from their homes.
