Privacy Notice

Last updated: 20 October 2026

This notice explains how Sensi Labs Ltd collects and uses personal data when you visit our website, contact us, use our contact or call-back forms, or when we contact you as a business contact about our products and services (including Zetka, our time tracking app).

1. Who we are

2. Personal data we collect and where it comes from

When you contact us

  • Contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message.
  • Call-back form: your phone number and the page from which you sent the request.
  • Email and other correspondence: your contact details and what you tell us.

Business contacts we reach out to

We contact businesses that we reasonably believe may benefit from our software, for example companies that manage crews or contractors working on client sites. For this we use business contact information, such as:

  • company name, website, business email address (often a general address such as info@), business phone number and business location;
  • where available, a person's name, job title and employer.

We obtain this information from publicly available sources: company websites, publicly posted job advertisements and classifieds, public professional profiles on LinkedIn, and public registers such as Companies House. We do not buy contact lists.

When you visit our website

  • Analytics (only with your consent): we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited, the device and browser type, and anonymised recordings of how visitors move around a page. These tools are loaded only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner.
  • Spam and bot protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical information about your browser and connection (such as your IP address) to check that a form is being sent by a person.
  • Server logs: our hosting keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, time of request and page requested) for security and troubleshooting.

We keep only your email address (or other identifier) on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions:

  • our website hosting and email (SMTP) providers;
  • Snov.io, the platform we use to send and manage business outreach emails;

We may also disclose data where required by law, or to professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers, and members of our own team based in Poland, may process data outside the UK. Where this happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations (which cover the European Economic Area), the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where a provider is certified, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep data

  • Analytics data: according to the retention settings of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and no longer than 14 months.

  • Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary technologies to protect our forms.

To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser settings; the cookie banner will then appear again.
